  • Call Data: Our AI receptionist, powered by Retell AI, processes call data (e.g., call duration, caller information) to manage bookings, cancellations, and rescheduling. This data may include client names and appointment details if shared during calls.

  • Payment Information: We use Stripe to process payments. While we don’t store your payment details, Stripe collects and processes your payment information (e.g., credit card details) on our behalf.

We use your information to:

  • Provide and manage our AI call-handling services, including scheduling appointments and handling cancellations.

  • Communicate with you about your account, service updates, or support requests.

  • Process payments through Stripe for our $300/month plan (1000 minutes included, $0.09/minute for excess usage).

  • Improve our services by analyzing usage data and call patterns.

  • Comply with legal obligations, such as tax reporting in Hungary and GDPR requirements in the EU.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We may share your data with:

  • Service Providers: We use third-party providers like Retell AI (for call handling), Stripe (for payments), and Wix (for website hosting). These providers process data on our behalf and are bound by strict confidentiality agreements.

  • Legal Authorities: We may disclose your information if required by law, such as to comply with Hungarian tax authorities (NAV) or EU regulations like GDPR.

  • Business Transfers: If JP Solutions is involved in a merger or acquisition, your data may be transferred as part of the transaction, with your privacy rights protected.
